A small team with a clear method

Oravelenta is an independent editorial project covering online game portals and browser games. We explain how they work, what they involve and who they are for.

Our process

We play first, then we write

We access each title through its official domain and play it for at least three sessions at different times of day. We record loading times, interface clarity, wait times and how easy it is to understand the initial objectives.

Two editors then compare their notes. We publish only findings they both agree on. Differences of opinion are covered in the section about limitations.

Principles

Four principles that never change

01

Independence

No portal can pay for placement in our reviews. Our ratings remain separate from any commercial relationship.

02

Verifiability

Every fact includes its source and the date it was checked. We do not publish information that cannot be verified.

03

Clarity

Our reviews are concise and easy to read: what you do in the game, how long a session lasts, and what you need to get started.

04

Keeping reviews current

We review our pages regularly. Domains and game mechanics can change, and we keep track of updates.
